Make Ready

  • Coordinate and schedule vendors for home warranty, energy audits, staging, pre-inspection, photography, and other services.

  • Share vendor contacts for sign installation and photography.

  • Send introduction email to the seller with prep instructions and photo day details.

  • Request surveys and affidavits (T-47) as needed.

Compliance

  • Review listing agreements and disclosures for accuracy.

  • Create listing record in brokerage platform (if applicable).

  • Upload and organize documents in Google Drive or the agent’s preferred system.

  • Gather all compliance items for file approval.

  • Prepare amendments for price changes or listing adjustments.

Listing Activation

  • Enter listing into MLS with virtual tour or media links.

  • Upload all photos, descriptions, and provided documents.

  • Link to Supra lockbox system if applicable.

Marketing Prep

  • Schedule showings or tours per agent instructions.

  • Arrange automated showing feedback systems.

  • Send listing status email to inform agent when property is live.

  • Post open house details in MLS.
