We started Dual Coordinate because we saw what was missing.

As a seasoned real estate agent and a longtime lending specialist, we were both tired of the same story: miscommunication, missed deadlines, and mounting pressure on the people who should be focused on serving their clients — not chasing signatures, scheduling inspections, or clarifying who was doing what.
We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built it.
Dual Coordinate is a boutique transaction coordination company that supports both sides of the deal — agents and lenders — with clarity, care, and calm. We combine smart systems with a real human touch to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and everyone feels supported from contract to close.
